I am a big fan of the SWOT Analysis and have presented speeches on SWOT for a few years now. I want to ask the community here...how often do you recommend we perform our internal SWOT Analyses?

Nice to meet a fellow SWOT lover. I would answer at least annually...or whenever the situation has changed in some way...but the process hopefully keeps us focused continuously.
